  1. Designed for traditional 25mm and most 38mm tall, European-style, double-folded standing seam profiles in zinc, stainless, aluminium and coated steel.

    The S-5-E ("E” is for European) is an economical, non-penetrating, standing seam metal roof (SSMR) clamp. Designed for double-folded SSMR popular in Europe and the world over, the E also fits Butler’s MR-24®.

    • The S-5-E is a bit smaller and less expensive than the S-5-U but every bit as strong.

    Choose the E to mount a variety of utilities with traditional seam dimensioning (13mm seam fold) to your double-folded SSMR.

    How to Install the S-5-E Clamp on Your Roof Profile
    Installation is as simple as placing the clamp on the seam and tightening the round point Torx Drive (T30) setscrews to the specified tension. Then, affix ancillary items using the bolt provided.

    Minis Available
    The E Mini clamp is a more economical solution for lighter duty attachments where Herculean holding strength is not required.

    Rigorous load testing is performed on both standard and Mini clamps. Negative load normal-to-seam testing (pull-up) is performed on all Mini clamps, and parallel-to-seam testing (along the seam or drag load) is performed on all standard clamps.
