Mostly fine. Pity I could not get any advice re. Fixing on ridge til3s for moss prevention. I was offered nails which are totally unsuitable for red tiles!

Whilst we always prefer the opportunity to put things right prior to receiving a low star review, we are now aware that the gutter corners were dispatched without the bead stiffeners. We have since put a procedure in place to make sure that the bead stiffeners are included prior to dispatch. Apologies for any inconvenience caused and many thanks for your continued support and business.

All I can say is, the product and the customer service in my case was very good,my only complaint would be that the courier service let me down on this occasion.

Could do with some dimensions on the clamp diagrams to aid selection. I ordered 70 S-5-S minis but was told only 60 were in stock so asked about making up the difference with S-5-E minis, which I was told was possible. On receiving the items the S-5-E minis are significantly smaller that the S-5-S minis (and actually were a better fit for our particular standing seam roof).
Otherwise all good - especially communications and rapid delivery.
Note you need deep 13mm sockets for fitting the ki.

I really like the stubai combi snips but they used to have rubber handles and these ones seem to chip on the cutting blades very easily.

Ordered and delivered within 36 hours. Pretty decent if you need an item quickly. Kept abreast of delivery as is the norm these days. Only 4 stars for shipping due to the cost (almost as much as the item itself).

The new snips appear to be good quality but only time will tell.

Product excellent; web site and ease of ordering excellent. Shipper (DHL) superb with information. web site promised 1/2 days delivery - it took 7 days after a reminder and it was unreasonably extremely expensive for a single, not very heavy nor very large package. Buying from metal solutions uk spoiled by late delivery and phenominal cost of it. Products superb.
