• Can I order products via your store on my credit account with Metal Solutions?
• I couldn't check out because I had the message 'ensure that the right telephone number is in the right zone'.

Can I order products via your store on my credit account with Metal Solutions?

Yes - all credit account customers can checkout their orders via their credit account rather than having to make payment.

 
I couldn't check out because I had the message 'ensure that the right telephone number is in the right zone'.

Some countries mobile numbers are not recognised - just ignore the 'Mobile' zone and enter either of your telephone numbers in the 'Home' zone.

 
I know you sell clamps but when I used the search option, no clamps were shown.

When using the search option, remember to try 'clamp' as well as 'clamps'. You can also use the advanced search option that allows you to specify 'brand' or 'category'.

Yes - regular and loyal customers receive further discounts on various products, however this is dependant on volume of orders placed.

Continue to Payment and select 'Please contact me regarding this order' and a member of our sales team will contact you.
