  1. Roof panel machine for making the profile for single and double-lock standing seams.

    Features
    • Machine frame made of modular aluminium profile system.
    • Upper machine cover: Easy-to-open swinging doors with safety switch, clear view during profiling
    • Mobile, two fixed and two swivel castors with brakes.
    • 230V motor with frequency converter for continuously variable working speed
    • Forward and backward run.

    Profiling
    • Fabrication of the profile for the single or double-lock standing seam - seam height 25mm.
    • Working width between 295mm and 810mm continuously adjustable by hand wheel over two spindles. Panel width about 215mm - 730mm.
    • Inlet guides easily and precisely adjustable (measure correction on the profile).
    • Clean profile, poor in tension, made by eight hardened roll forming stations.
    • 8th forming station for curving the panels
    • Cut-proof, extremely resilient polyurethane coated drive rollers.
    • Electronic preset counter (two-line display) with a separate encoder and a measuring wheel
    • Also for profiling short panels and one-sided profiling (smallest panel width 60mm)

    Cutting
    • Manual cross-cutting facility, handle turndown for transport.
    • Burr-free, clean cut.
    • Comfortable feed by hand wheel.
